Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, These are all clothing items, Jackets and Pyjamas - namely for hygiene reasons.

We stress to all customers on each product page that you must check the size guide when ordering clothing for your pet, as once it is sent out we cannot refund these items! 

To complete your return of harnesses and collars, we ask that you pop in a helpful note of your 4 digit order number, the reason for your return and if you'd like us to refund your purchase in full or exchange the item. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days, or immediately if you paid via Paypal.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
